Nike Blazer Mid 77 VNTG All Black has made quite a return to the sneaker scene in recent years, thanks in part to Virgil Abloh’s deconstructed Off-White pairs. Since this version was introduced just a few months ago, its become a hit among both sneakerheads and the uninitiated, thanks to its easily wearable style and smooth color schemes. Since then, Nike has introduced several new iterations of the classic silhouette to their arsenal, including the asymmetrical Rebel for women, and the ’77 Vintage, which pays homage to the original in both shape, construction, and colors. This week, a new look for the ’77 Vintage Blazer has surfaced online, painting the shoe’s leather and suede upper in all black, and swapping out the Swoosh for a green and black snakeskin material.

Jordans 2019 Shoes new Fearless collection was unveiled this week, giving us a preview of twelve new Air Jordan 1 variations and collaborations arriving in stores over the next few months. Aside from the hyped up, already-leaked releases, we got a good look at the new Air Jordan 1 High FlyEase. However, this is something else entirely. There aren’t a lot of “cool” sneakers that are manufactured with disabilities in mind, let alone the silhouette that people often look to as the sneaker that started it all, so Nike making the Jordan 1 their first lifestyle offering says a considerable amount about them listening to consumer needs. Some people have already brushed off the new construction, arguing that we already have a zippered Jordan 1 available in womens sizes. Not to mention the fact that Nike doesn’t make everything for sneakerheads to enjoy. As our friend Sockjig said: “If they put a zipper on an AJ1, it just means that it’s not for you.”

Thanks to a new retro version that offers a beautiful shape and dozens of colorful options for everyone.Slam Jam x Nike Blazer Mid Class of 77 dropped back in January, the project took a standard-issue Blazer constructed from luxurious leathers and suedes and made one crucial change tot he design: flipping the Swoosh on the medial sides upside down. And, lets not forget the numerous collaborations the Blazer has been involved in so far this year, from projects with Stranger Things to arguably the most popular, Slam Jam Socialism’s “Class of ’77” release. The sneaker community went nuts. Another example of an extremely minimal design that gives something a new life. Now, the Italian retailer is back with a second version of their iconic Blazer, this time in black.
