Personality:
Leon takes a methodical view of any task he might have to do in his day to day life. He also has no particular interest, loyalties or liking of anything. It may be he is simply cultivated impartiality to most things or she has a deep apathy where Leon has a general lack of emotion or concern for anything. He may not take principles or even other people into consideration either. He also tends to exploit opportunities to attack or tactical retreat with little regard for the consequences of his actions.He has no remorse nor does he regret any deeds he does. He has shown to have a soft side though he does not show it very often but he does help others through it is rarely seen by others other than work he does on his art or improving his skills. Leon soft side when it is shown appears to be able to be very caring and responsible, especially to his fellow school mates. He is also surprisingly casual and forgiving, as shown when he puts others first before himself. Leon even though he has a soft side has also has shown he is capable of using immense cruelty through his powers and taking delight in using it to torment people with it. Leon shares Charles Xavier’s view though it is muddy as he believe homo sapiens and homo superior can co-exist but also believes homo superior should deal with its own kind and vice versa as such he finds it taboo as such unless it is needed he will not do physical harm to non-combat or powered people or deal with homo sapiens.He greatly enjoys training in his power and learning new ways to use them effectively. Leon has shown to be very cunning and wily in combat and will make opportunities arise through his abilities to use of his mutant powers.

Powers:

Incorporeal- The Phantom can not touch nor be touched without a special means. He can also pass through solid objects as if they are nothing. This ability is always active since power turned him into a spirit taking away his corporeal form from him. he due to being incorporeal no longer needs nourishment and is immune to anything that needs a physical form to react with (diseases, toxins time as some examples) . He no long can walk as such he is able to fly due having no weight and no way of having wind resistance it allows him to go at unknown speed though he often limits it to mach one or two speed. He can hover and stay in place and even hovers close to ground to give the appearance that he is walking and being normal even if it is not true. he can also fly through boundary of earth and between realm to get to other locations that are out side of earth.

Invisibility- phantom can render himself unable to not to be visibly perceived by other beings. He can use this on more than himself but on others the difference being time of twenty four hours that divided amongst each person and as long as they stay within fifty meters radius of him.The power is giving mentally from the phantom to people he wishes to receive the gift of invisibility. The power has one flaw in that beings gifted with supernatural prowess may be able to see phantom or any other under his invisibility true form.

Limited Telekinesis- The phantom has the telekinetic ability that allows him to lift , move or levitate up to fifty pounds . The phantom has very precise control over objects and others while using his tk power. The phantom power is mental based as such he is limited on how long or how much he can due by the amount of mental strain and emotionally state he is. The phantom being a teen can get emotional at which point will cause him to randomly cause various tk effects he can do to happen. This could be random tk blast or causing a person to be thrown into a nearby wall or up into the air as some examples of stuff that has happen to him.

Possession- he is able to take control over some one else body and use it as his own. When he does this

limited Ectoplasm manipulation- leon through this power can generate large amount of ectoplasm that he can then shape into Ectokinetic Constructs. He can then alter the ectoplasm into various thing like tools, weapons, other items, semi living constructs or create various structures that can last shot amount of time or be permanent.

Weaknesses:

Vulnerability to Magic: Leon may have immunity almost all damage that gives him advantage in a lot of battles his powers do not stop certain type of magics that either target spiritual beings or extra dimensional beings would still work on him.

Vulnerability to Mind: Leon may have immunity almost all damage that gives him advantage in a lot of battles his powers do not stop certain type of mental powers that targets his mind or effects astral and spiritual beings would still work on him.

Immature: Leon has yet to fully mature as such he makes a few mistakes in life and his powers as such are not anywhere close to w level where uses them at maximum effectiveness

Incorporeal: Even though this gives him a massive advantage in life it also just as disadvantage mentally. Due to being incorporeal he never feel nor touch a person this has caused him to be somewhat distant to others. He also no longer keeps track of time due never having to sleep which makes him easily lose track of it or not notice that hours had passed.

Invisibility: Leon or any that giving invisibility are invisible but the one major flaw in the power is no matter what certain type of people with powers that allow them to see ghost astral forms or see what others can not can see them no matter what as if he was not invisible at all.

Possession: when he in possession of a body he losses all but his tk ability but does have access to any powers that body he posses may have. Leon unfortunately once he posses a body it is very hard for him to leave a body and often only happens when body is destroyed to point it no longer useable.

Other Special Skills/Abilities:

hunting and tracking: he was once a very skilled hunter and knew how track and find his pray to kill it.

hacking: though tk he has become a decent skill in cracking system and getting information from computers and other devices that has hard drive.

spy: leon has self taught him self various skills need to spy gather information or report happenings with out alerting people of it.
