Chopard Happy Sport First Edition: Red Edition



Chopard celebrates the 70th anniversary of the Sincere watch with the Happy Sport The Firstsincere Platinum Jubilee Edition. This special limited edition Chopard watch is an important milestone for both the retailer and the manufacturer. This watch pays tribute to the enduring tradition of the Happy Sport collection first launched in 1993.

For the first time, the Happy Sport collection features a burgundy dial, specifically the Sincere Platinum Jubilee Edition. This edition retains the iconic dancing diamonds and the “pebble link” strap, adding a unique touch to the original design. The watch’s case and strap are made of Lucent Steel™, an anti-allergic alloy containing 80% recycled materials for greater shine, durability and scratch resistance. The watch has a diameter of 33 mm, a good fit and a stylish look.

A unique and novel happy sport

The first Happy Sport is born, with seven freely moving diamonds set on a white dial. The collection breaks new ground by incorporating diamonds into steel watches, making diamond-set watches more approachable and suitable for everyday wear.

The first True Platinum Anniversary Edition of the Chopard Happy Sport is limited to 30 pieces and was specially designed by Caroline Scheufele, Co-President and Artistic Director of Chopard. Inspired by the concept of "dancing diamonds", a design that first appeared in Chopard jewelry in the late 1970s, the diamonds are freely suspended between two sapphire crystals, creating a fascinating and dynamic visual effect.

Sincere Fine Watches chose the Happy Sport to celebrate its platinum anniversary, emphasizing the timeless appeal of the watch. The burgundy dial is decorated with Roman hour markers, and five cabochon-cut sapphires are set on the lugs and crown, creating a striking visual element.

The bold and vibrant red color of this watch not only symbolizes power, passion and vitality, but also stands out from the traditional black, white and blue dial. The watch is equipped with Chopard 09.01-C automatic winding movement, which provides 42 hours of power reserve. The size of the movement conforms to the "golden ratio" to create a delicate 33 mm case. The words "One of 30" are engraved on the back and the Sincere 70th anniversary logo is engraved on the watch glass, highlighting the uniqueness of this watch.
